When processing larger quantities/solid doughs (e.g. doughs with more than 500 g flour), the blade holder can become worn so that the blade insert no longer turns properly. The extra sharp blade insert chops, minces, purees and mixes all ingredients that you put into your Monsieur Cuisine - it is also suitable for crushing ice cubes. The highlight here is the arrangement of the blades on different levels, which guarantees an optimal result when mixing and chopping. Recommendation: Chop food into pieces of approx. 3-4 cm edge length beforehand. In addition, the blade insert is also designed for counterclockwise operation of the Monsieur Cuisine (for food that is not to be chopped, select speeds 1-3). The blade insert is made of stainless steel, is dishwasher safe and is easy to fit or replace if necessary.
Note: the blades of the blade insert are sharp (risk of injury).
