Sometimes less is more! The Miximizer® is a real help, especially for evenly chopping hard or very dry foods, as it ensures that everything is evenly caught by the blade insert and no "clouds of dust" are created. The Miximizer® also ensures that the lid of the blender jug does not get dirty and is therefore directly ready for its next use. The BPA-free Miximizer® is manufactured in Germany.
And this is how it works:
To mix smaller quantities of ingredients or hard foods, put your food into the blender jug (max. up to the 1L mark). Then insert the Miximizer® - simply orientate yourself on the struts in the blender jug - and close the whole thing with the lid of the blender jug as usual. Select the appropriate programme for chopping. Remove the Miximizer® and tap it into the blender jug to remove any residue.
If you want to emulsify liquids, insert the Miximizer® before adding the ingredients and close the lid. You can then add the ingredients through the opening of the measuring cup in the lid while the programme is running (as specified in the recipe).
The Miximizer® is not connected to the blade insert and can therefore be used up to level 10 without any problems.
