The measuring cup can be used to measure out small amounts of ingredients (scale 20-100 ml). The measuring cup also seals the lid opening of the Monsieur Cuisine blender jug and prevents the contents from spilling out. When the blender is running, the measuring cup should only be removed up to max. speed level 3, otherwise food may be thrown out.
The cooking insert is used for cooking and steaming food; at least 500 ml of liquid must be added to the blender jug for this.
The stirring insert is particularly suitable for processing low-viscosity foods, e.g. whipping cream or egg whites or preparing mayonnaise. The stirring attachment can be used up to speed level 4 (not suitable for the turbo function).
The contents of the blender jug can be easily removed with the multifunctional spatula. The hook on the back of the spatula allows the hot cooking insert to be removed without touching it directly. To do this, the metal bracket of the cooking insert is hooked in and simply pulled out upwards. When the appliance is in operation, the spatula can be used for stirring without getting into the knives thanks to its intelligent design. The spatula must not be used when the stirring attachment is inserted.
Certain foods or spices (e.g. curry) may discolour the plastic. This is not an appliance fault and is not harmful to health.
