The sealing ring for the steam cooking attachment of the Monsieur Cuisine is used to securely close the blender jug so that the steam can be evenly distributed in the attachment. This is an important accessory that you should check regularly for functionality if you use the steam cooking attachment frequently. If the sealing ring needs to be replaced, the old ring can be easily removed and the new one inserted thanks to the clever design. The steam cooking attachment is not included in the scope of delivery.
