WunderPeeler® V2 Potato peeler attachment

The WunderPeeler® takes on one of the most unpopular tasks in the kitchen: peeling. The optimised grating disc with improved sharpness removes up to 95% of the peel. To do this, the WunderPeeler® is simply placed on the blade insert. The blender jug is then filled with the desired quantity of potatoes (between 200 g and 900 g). As the WunderPeeler® rotates, the skin of the potatoes is finely removed and dissolves in the peeling water. The potatoes are then rinsed under cold water and can be further processed as required.

Our tip: You will get the best results with potatoes that are as small and evenly grown as possible, as the WunderPeeler® cannot pick up dents and peel them cleanly. However, peel residues in the finished dish are harmless. Optionally, you can also use a peeler or knife to touch up the relevant areas. The grating disc can be removed for thorough cleaning.
