Steam and the resulting condensation can damage sensitive wall units, and the odours in open kitchens are not always pleasant. This is where the SteamCover® comes into play. Thanks to the physical properties of water, it binds vapours and odours - without trapping moisture or grease.
And this is how it works:
Place the SteamCover® on the lid of the blender jug, fill to the mark with cold water (add a few drops of essential oil if required), place the SteamCover® together with the blender jug lid on the blender jug, lock in place and start cooking. The lid can then be removed and the SteamCover® carefully emptied. The SteamCover® can be easily cleaned in the dishwasher after use and is much more environmentally friendly than disposable filter inserts.
