Sometimes you prefer to use the Monsieur Cuisine without the knife insert. This is where the WunderCap® knife replacement from Wundermix comes into play. It allows you to use your Monsieur Cuisine in even more versatile ways and is the ideal addition for sous-vide cooking or slow cooking. By saving the blade insert, you also have 20% more volume with which you can cook even more pasta, rice or potatoes. There is no connection between the motor and the WunderCap®, so there is no interference with the appliance. The WunderCap® is made in Germany and consists of high-quality stainless steel and sturdy plastic.
