Have you ever wondered how these incredibly moist and fluffy muffins are made? The trick is: steam cooking!

But that's not all - you can also use the silicone moulds to make delicious soufflés, savoury egg dishes and much more. Thanks to the silicone, you can easily remove the finished pastries from the mould. You can then simply clean the moulds in the dishwasher.

In addition to the steam cooking method, the moulds are also suitable for the microwave and oven (up to 240°C) thanks to the heat-resistant silicone.
