The extra sharp blade insert chops, minces, purées and mixes all the ingredients you put in your Monsieur Cuisine. The specially arranged blades even chop ice cubes effortlessly. Our recommendation: chop food into pieces of approx. 3-4 cm beforehand. If you want to blend your food but not chop it, simply use the counter-clockwise rotation at speed level 1-3. The blade insert is made of stainless steel, is dishwasher-safe and can be easily fitted or replaced if necessary.

Note: the blades of the blade insert are sharp (risk of injury)
