The practical cooking insert for the Monsieur Cuisine compact is ideal for preparing potatoes, rice, pasta or eggs. It is also perfect for draining fruit or straining juices. With the help of a spatula (not included), the hot insert can be safely removed from the mixing bowl after cooking.
