The innovative butterfly shape ensures even mixing of ingredients and fluffy beating e.g. of cream and egg whites. Place the mixer attachment onto the blender blade and press it down until it clicks into place. To clean, simply pull the mixer attachment off again. The food-safe plastic is entirely suitable for cleaning in the dishwasher. The bowl and the blender blade are not included in the items supplied.
